When FluoroSurf FG-5093 is applied to metal, it imparts non-stick properties to the surface. Non-stick means that tape, adhesives, and other contaminants are less likely to stick and are easy to remove. When applied to a semiconductor equal magnification photomask, it becomes less likely for contaminants from photoresist to adhere. Moreover, this property is durable, allowing it to maintain its performance over a long period.
